NIGHTLIFE: Gin Jubilee
The international celebration of all things gin, which has previously taken place in Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong and Singapore, comes to Bangkok bringing the world’s finest gins to the city’s best bars for a series of masterclasses, workshops and tastings. ART: Galleries’ Night
Returning for its fourth edition, this weekend-long event hosts special art exhibitions, musical performances, screenings and artist meet ups around 47 of the city’s best galleries and art spaces. Split into two nights, participants can hop from one gallery to another along a pre-mapped route, with Feb 3 focused on venues along Silom/the riverside, and Feb 4 focused on venues along Sukhumvit.
As part of his first solo exhibition, Pakkawat Tanghom presents a series of photographs captured over the past five years documenting his various road trips around Thailand.
Eleven established and rising street, graffiti and mixed media artists from around Southeast Asia join together, including Thailand’s Lolay and Chip 7, along with Hideyuki Katsumata (Japan) and GR1 (Korea), Mr. Ogay (Taiwan).
